Communication With My Clients
When a commission to create a custom designed sign is accepted and the design fee has been received, the usual sequence of communication will be to first submit a pdf or jpg file showing the design. Once the design has been approved a 50% fabrication deposit will then be required to commence construction.
As the sign fabrication proceeds another pdf or jpg file will be sent showing the carved sign prior to the application of the finishes.
This will be followed with a final picture of the finished sign, at which point the final payment of the balance due will be required, and the sign can be shipped.
